At Selflove By NK, every product is made with precision, care, and purpose.
If something doesn’t feel right — we’re here to make it better.

Do You Accept Returns?

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

However, we do accept returns if:

  1. You received the wrong product

  2. The item arrived damaged or defective

  3. You received an expired product (extremely rare — but we take it seriously)

Timeframe to Request an Exchange or Return

You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Delayed claims may not be eligible.

What Can Be Exchanged?

If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we’ll happily exchange it at no cost to you. Just:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging

  2. Send them to us via WhatsApp or email

  3. Include your name, order number, and details of the issue

Who Covers the Return Shipping?

  1. If the error is ours (wrong/damaged/expired product), we cover all return and reshipping costs.
  2. If you simply changed your mind after ordering — we do not offer return/exchange for that reason.

How Long Does the Process Take?

Once we receive and verify your return request:

  1. Exchange/replacement is processed within 5–7 working days

  2. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way

Important Notes

  1. Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for returns/exchanges

  2. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our return policy terms

  3. We aim to resolve every issue with respect and fairness — because our relationship with you matters more than any sale
