If something doesn’t feel right — we’re here to make it better.
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
However, we do accept returns if:
You received the wrong product
The item arrived damaged or defective
You received an expired product (extremely rare — but we take it seriously)
You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Delayed claims may not be eligible.
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we’ll happily exchange it at no cost to you. Just:
Take clear photos of the item and packaging
Send them to us via WhatsApp or email
Include your name, order number, and details of the issue
Once we receive and verify your return request:
Exchange/replacement is processed within 5–7 working days
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way
Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for returns/exchanges
We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our return policy terms
We aim to resolve every issue with respect and fairness — because our relationship with you matters more than any sale
